Quality Management System

TMM Express activities and strategy are based on the principles of sustainable development. It is important for us to take into account the requirements and expectations of all parties: customers, employees, society, inspection bodies, partners and suppliers.

We have developed and implemented a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015. This is one of 82 indicators of the Global Innovation Index (GII) to assess the innovative component of a company. GII reflects the economic attractiveness of certain countries of the world for investors.
By implementing the system, we are contributing to the international recognition of Ukraine as a country that has an innovative company in the field of express delivery.
